Mazie's Method

I really need a new look.  I am kind of over the sweat suit look but it does come in handy sometimes.  I absolutely think the sweatshirt/sweater with sweatpants is a great alternative.  I  am starting to rock new black sweatpants that I got on Land’s End.  I think they are so cute with sweaters and a long tank top that covers my tush.  Loose sweater and a fabulous scarf makes me feel cute even when I just rolled out of bed!   What do you think?  Is this a cute look or should I stick to the sweatsuit?

So, I finally have come to the dark side and I am now fully immersed in Apple products.  I have had a Macbook, and iPad, iPods,  for ages and my first real desktop was an Apple IIe, (back when I was so I consider myself a Mac.  I cried when Steve Jobs died.  Yes I did.  I am not sure what took me so long to get an iPhone, but wow, I am so glad I did.  What a superior device.  I could kick myself for not having gotten it sooner.  Anyhoo, I now have it and needed a case to compliment my beautiful new piece of machinery.  I wanted a case that blocks the radiation levels and is also chic.  Calling Pong Research!  They can totally deliver the product that I crave.  I was able to get the leather case in a beautiful merlot color and it is slim and very well made.    Absolutely love the case, the color and the quality.  The packaging was absolutely sleek and beautiful and it included two face covers for protection of the screen.  Gotta love quality.  Shipping was practically overnight even with the holiday rush and I couldn’t be happier.

Huarache Sandals, Tooled Leather and Espadrilles. I think this is the bohemian side of me. The summer-easy-I-am-a-new-mom-and-need-to-dress-for-comfort-side-of-me. What do you think.. I have been looking at so many of the new styles and it brings back memories of when I was a kid and all the good flowy boho things I used to wear. I wish I had kept some of those goodies. Now, I am on a search on Etsy for vintage tooled leather bags and I am looking anywhere I can for huaraches and espadrilles that will keep me comfortable while I am toting my new precious gift around all summer. So I wound up finding no comfortable huaraches. And no tooled leather bags….maybe next summer!
