Bubble Bath Me!
So, I was once a Calgon girl. For a while I tried Epsom Salt, Oatmeal, Mr. Bubble…anything really. I love me a good bubble bath. I grew up and was able to design my own bathroom, finally, which now includes a whirlpool bath. Regularly, I will bubble the night away. Which leads me to the two products that I feel anyone who is serious about their bubble should own!
Tokyo Milk is currently on Real Simple’s 50 gifts under $50 list. It is currently sold at our local Lifestyle Boutique, Lola’s on 3rd Avenue. I have tried many of the fragrances and the one I like best is Dead Sexy. There is a super luxurious bubble bath and parfum that cannot be resisted. There are also some other fantastic items in the line, lip balm, purse mirrors and some other goodies. The packaging is delightful and very old world. I keep a small parfum in my purse for a spritz during the day!
Onto my next new obsession…Santa Maria di Novella. This is the most amazing, magickal, organic, old world Italian body care line that I have ever come across. This is also, thankfully, sold at Lola’s! The apothecary was started by Dominican Monks in the year 1221. Yes, you read it correctly! The same original recipes are in full practice today. The line was born because of Catherine de Medici and is still in the same building and church in Florence. The soaps are handmade and the Armenia papers are treated and dried in the Church eaves…You can feel the spirituality, purity, and the old world style of these products when you sample them.
These products are truly the most beautiful bath and body products I have seen in ages and they are definitely on my wish list this holiday season!!!
