Mazie's Method

A sweet friend of mine, asked me to help her find sweater dresses.  She has a vision of Sweater dress/tunic with tights and knee knee high boots.  I have that same vision.  I have a list of sweater dresses here for every lady, especially the voluptuous one.

First, we hit Old Navy.  There are some fantastic dresses here that are categorized under sweater!  That makes life so easy!  My favorite is here…Banana has a few, but they are a bit too short for my taste, so I would wear them with skinny jeans or leggings, or combine the two and wear jeggins with some fabulous boots!  Next, I turn to Lane Bryant with two different options.  I am adoring this frost gray cable knit one along with the beautiful raspberry one.  The detailing on the raspberry dress is so sweet and girly, I can’t wait to get my hands on it.

This dress deserves it’s own paragraph.  It is a dress and cardi combo from my favorite Italian plus size designer, Marina Rinaldi.  I saw this dress in person and it made me tear up from beauty!  A dress with a cardi and then a cardi that you can wear alone or with another outfit and a dress that you can pair with another cardi, the possibilities are endless.  I know the price is steep, but it is a piece that is worth it’s weight in gold.  I pray that it goes on sale and I can justify it!
